As we are moving into autumn and darker times – we thought this should be the perfect timing to announce the people and the startups bringing a bit of extra light into this world. The fourth edition for the SoPact accelerator program is now running from October to January and there are six fantastic startups participating in the program.

– With Sopact we want to explore the opportunities to identify and support entrepreneurs as well as intrapreneurs who, together with students and researchers, want to develop and spread new methods, tools and services for social work in a changing world with complex societal challenges, says Marcus Knutagård, Deputy Head of Socialhögskolan.

In the beginning of October, we kicked off this accelerator program with an intensive bootcamp experience which really made us see how much fantastic people and potential we have the great opportunity of working with in this round of SoPact. The participating entrepreneurs are active in areas such as integration and health and are all driven by contributing to positive social development.

Helsingborg City is one of the co-financiers of the SoPact project and they also enable social entrepreneurs to sit and work in a creative environment at Think Open Space.
